I like to keep my stuff pure.

What comes in must come out.

I absorb the daily absurdities of life. Necessity drives me to creation, digesting the turmoil inside. I'm full of love and I am full of anger. I don't work long on one piece and it goes without much rational thought. I almost never know where I'm heading.

Being a self-taught artist makes me almost believe I'm still that little boy drawing wildly and freely and making funny cartoon noises along the way. Making art is a joyful experience, even when visiting the darker side of my inner self. I try to free myself of inner barriers of all kinds.

"I am what I am", says Popeye the Sailor Man. Ecce Homo. Behold these little snapshots of my inner world, an endless realm of pure Gonzoid fantasy, a safe place to dwell.
